Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required

How to Start a Return

Contact us at AZ360@LifeScienceAwareness.com to initiate your return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send detailed return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).

Return shipping is typically the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or we made an error — in which case we’ll take care of it.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Gift cards

  • Digital or downloadable products

  • Personalized or custom items (e.g., chart readings)

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Intimate or personal care goods

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

Need a different item? The fastest way is to:

  1. Initiate a return

  2. Place a new order once your return is approved


 Damages & Issues

Inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us immediately if:

  • The item is damaged

  • You received the wrong product

  • There are any issues with quality or packaging

We'll do our best to make it right.


EU Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.
As with our standard policy, the item must be in original condition and packaging.


 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved.

  • If approved: Refunds are automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • If denied: We’ll notify you with the reason

Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
